My name is Bianca. I'm a designer, educator, maker, and the best combination of experience and audacity. My mom — a passionate teacher and illustrator — made me unafraid to be different and taught me to view the world as an endless creative opportunity.
I lead with a blend of visionary thinking and servant leadership — setting bold direction while building teams that thrive. I’m currently a Manager of Marketing Design in healthcare tech SaaS at Jane, where I’ve grown teams, shaped brand systems, and positioned design as a strategic driver of business impact.
Alongside that, I run my own freelance and consulting practice, teach as a sessional instructor, and actively invest in evolving my creative leadership across every corner of my career. I’m deeply driven by purpose-led work, collaboration, and creating experiences that actually matter to people.
I've worked across agencies, corporate B2B & B2C, and education — teaching at York University, Sheridan, and U of T, speaking internationally, and mentoring the next generation of designers. I specialize in brand strategy, creative direction, and design systems, with a love for turning bold ideas into meaningful, real-world impact.
I’m also a coder, donut enthusiast, half-marathon runner, charity rower, and retired Hamilton Roller Derby League member — still very much fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a bit of chaos.
